CORTIS Continue Their Rapid Rise With ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ Tour
By. Alicia Zamora
CORTIS are officially taking their momentum global. Less than a year after debuting, the five-member group has announced their first-ever North American tour, ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’, marking another major milestone in what has already become one of the fastest rises in recent K-pop memory.
The tour announcement arrived through Weverse and the group’s social media channels alongside a striking official poster, immediately sending fans into anticipation ahead of what will be CORTIS’ biggest international run to date. The tour begins with two consecutive shows in Incheon, South Korea on July 18 and 19 before launching into the North American leg in August, promoted by Live Nation.
Spanning six cities across the continent, ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ will bring MARTIN, JAMES, JUHOON, SEONGHYEON, and KEONHO to some of North America’s most recognizable venues, including stops in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The tour schedule is as follows:
Aug 4, 2026 — Toronto, ON
The Theatre at Great Canadian Toronto
Aug 6, 2026 — New York, NY
Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden
Aug 8, 2026 — Atlanta, GA
Fox Theatre
Aug 11, 2026 — Irving, TX
The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory
Aug 13, 2026 — Los Angeles, CA
YouTube Theater
Aug 15, 2026 — San Francisco, CA
The Theater at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium
For a group still in their rookie era, the scale of the tour feels almost unreal — but so has nearly everything surrounding CORTIS’ trajectory since debut. Built around the idea of “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,” the group has quickly developed a reputation for pushing beyond expectations, blending explosive performances with a creative identity that feels both intentional and unpredictable.
Earlier this year, CORTIS became the first K-pop act to headline the Opening Night of the NBA Crossover Concert Series during NBA All-Star 2026, before returning the following night for the halftime show. This summer, they’ll add another career-defining moment to that list with their upcoming Lollapalooza Chicago debut alongside artists including Charli xcx, Tate McRae, and Lorde. Even before stepping onto the festival stage, demand has already proven overwhelming — their official Lollapalooza aftershow on July 31 sold out almost instantly.
Their chart success has only strengthened the momentum. The group’s second EP, “GREENGREEN,” debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, a massive leap that solidified CORTIS as more than just another promising rookie act. In under a year, they’ve managed to build the kind of global attention many groups spend years chasing.
The title ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ feels fitting for a group whose performances thrive on intensity, connection, and unpredictability — the kind of energy that demands to be experienced fully in the moment rather than through a screen. If the past year has proven anything, it’s that CORTIS are no longer emerging artists. They’re becoming one of the defining new acts of this generation in real time.
Tickets for the North American dates will first become available through the COER Membership (Global) presale beginning June 9 at 3 PM local time, followed by the general on-sale on June 10 at 3 PM local time. The tour will also feature VIP packages including premium tickets, access to a post-show Hi-Bye event with the group, exclusive gifts, and additional fan experiences.
With Lollapalooza around the corner, a Billboard 200 breakthrough already behind them, and their first North American tour now officially underway, CORTIS are entering a new chapter at full speed — and they don’t seem interested in slowing down anytime soon.
