Babymonster, also called Baemon, is a girl group from South Korea formed by YG Entertainment. The group has seven members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. They debuted on April 1, 2024, with their first extended play, "Babymons7er." Their unique sound and lively performances have created excitement in the K-pop scene.
On January 19, Babymonster announced a tour with fifteen stops in different cities. Fans were especially eager for their sold-out show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The energy was high as they performed their debut songs, showing their talent and connecting with their dedicated fans. This marked an exciting start for the new group in the music industry.
Today, YG Entertainment's quickly rising female K-POP group, BABYMONSTER, shared exciting news about their much-anticipated North American debut tour. They announced the addition of six new concert dates in major cities including Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Ft. Worth, Oakland, and Seattle, all set to take place this summer.
The tour, known as BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS>, is being produced by Live Nation. It officially kicked off in the United States this past Friday with an impressive headlining performance at the Prudential Center located in Newark, New Jersey. Just last night, the seven talented members of BABYMONSTER – RUKA, PHARITA, ASA, AHYEON, RAMI, RORA, and CHIQUITA – captivated fans at the renowned Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California.
As their popularity continues to grow, expectations for their performances are extremely high, and fans are eager to witness their dynamic stage presence and musical talent during this exciting tour. With the announcement of more shows, the anticipation surrounding BABYMONSTER is stronger than ever, and their North American tour is shaping up to be a memorable experience for K-POP enthusiasts.

During their electrifying 25-song setlist, the group put on a remarkable show that left their fans, known as the MONSTIEZ, buzzing with excitement. The performance featured some of their biggest hits, including “DRIP,” “BATTER UP,” and “SHEESH.” Fans were treated to a lively atmosphere as the band engaged with the audience, creating a connection that made everyone feel part of the experience.

The tour supports BABYMONSTER’s first full-length album, [DRIP], released on November 1, 2024. The album features nine dynamic tracks, including one of the title tracks “DRIP” which was composed by legendary rapper and singer-songwriter G-Dragon, a remix of their record-breaking pre-debut single "BATTER UP," and their fan-favorite single "FOREVER."
